As a specialist in family support, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and children. Our Early Parenting Centres provide services that aim to enhance the parent-child relationship and support parents with strategies to achieve their parenting goals.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to take up a part-time permanent role (0.6EFT). This position is based at Clyde and is part of a broader team. As a member of this team, you will provide specialised services to infant, paediatric and adolescent patients and their families.

Key responsibilities include intake, assessment and planning; crisis intervention and solution-focused interventions; referral to and liaison with community services in a fast-paced environment. The nature of this work requires a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to a broad range of working environments.

You will have a key role in supporting the service at all times, including developing and maintaining strong links with universities and colleagues. You will also be required to participate in on-call after hours service across hospital sites and may be expected to work across sites as required.

Requirements include extensive clinical experience, proven leadership skills, and a relevant qualification. Experience in quality projects and/or research is also highly regarded.
