Senior Operations Executive Opportunity

Pacific International has been retained by a leading global manufacturer to identify a strategic and results-driven leader who can take charge of multi-site operations, optimize processes, and develop high-performing teams.

The organization seeks an individual with strong expertise in chemical manufacturing, complex formulations, and process optimization as well as experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead and develop multi-site teams fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Chemical & Process Expertise: Manage the production of specialty foam and floral solutions ensuring compliance with chemical manufacturing standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product innovation and operational scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within chemical, specialty manufacturing, or industrial materials industries.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cultural and operational transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
