Chief Operating Officer (COO) Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing complex organizational structures and change processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive results-oriented collaborations
  • Develop and enforce company policies and guidelines
  • Oversee organizational structure, manage budgets, and contribute to program development and committees

Scope of the Role:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing operational territory with multiple branches.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management
  • FINRA Series 7 & 24 registrations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Leadership and communication abilities
  • Financial performance understanding and analytical skills
