About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex travel programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on travel options and negotiate rates with suppliers
  • Manage travel itineraries, bookings, and documentation to ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Monitor and report on travel spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems, with Sabre proficiency highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict service level agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
