About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Manager to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the travel requirements and presenting travel solutions for large market corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel requirements and present travel solutions for corporate clients
  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, and CRS/GDS productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and their employees
  • Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or leisure travel consulting
  • Strong international fare skills and expertise in complex itineraries
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Tertiary education is highly regarded
