You'll work in a modern, well-equipped facility with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
The centre provides primary medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical care. There is also a 20-bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7.
As a Medical Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality primary medical care in line with professional standards and Defence policies
- Collaborating with colleagues to support Defence personnel
- Assessing fitness for duty and providing pre/post-deployment medical support
- Providing medical advice to Defence leadership
- Working across outpatient and inpatient care settings as needed
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
- FRACGP, FACRRM, or Vocational Registration
- Minimum 2 years' full-time (or part-time equivalent) GP experience in the last 5 years
- Australian citizenship for Baseline Security Clearance requirements
