About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registrar Liaison Officer to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in facilitating general practice training and education.

About You

  • You have experience in the general practice environment, with a strong understanding of performance assessment and education/training development.
  • You possess excellent communication and advocacy skills, with a passion for assisting registrars and GP training.
  • You have a good working knowledge of the requirements for the AGPT program and can provide day-to-day support to medical education aspects of the program.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with regional and local teams, management, and other stakeholders to carry out GP training.
  • You will advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
  • You will support medical education by curating educational content, answering questions from members and participants, and revising guides and training materials.
  • You will work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including full charitable salary packaging arrangements and hybrid working arrangements.
