Job Summary:

This role involves leading and managing programs to enhance the well-being and resilience of children, families, and communities in the Northern Territory.

The Senior Manager will oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with our mission and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, experience in senior management, and excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred)">
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the social services sector">
  • Experience in working with Department of Social Services contracts highly regarded">
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation">
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements">
