About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agility Coach to join our Chief Operations Office team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As an Agility Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational transformation and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement practices that support teams through the stages of adopting, learning and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Support and provide feedback to teams on their operating rhythm activities.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by leveraging learnings and processes established within existing teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience coaching at various levels within large organisations, including at an executive suite level.
  • Coaching accreditations (e.g. IC-ENT Enterprise agile) and certifications relating to agile and product principles (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum.org).
  • Influence leadership at all levels through clear communication to drive the consistent uplift of agile culture, mindset and maturity of the coaching capability.
  • Experience in assisting teams to accurately identify and resolve risks and/or issues that impact the effectiveness of quality customer outcomes.
