The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working as a Senior Project Manager in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, XCOM, MQ Series, and Control M
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and drive a performance culture
  • Proven experience working with Executive & Senior Management on developing and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of large-scale system architectures, including application integration patterns, messaging, service-oriented architecture, information models, and data lineage
  • Able to apply multiple delivery disciplines, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, to suit project execution strategies
