Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various operational verticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing strategies, executing programs, and managing complex logistics. They will also possess excellent analytical and business acumen, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing programs, delivering complex projects across multiple organizations.
  • Craft scalable solutions in collaboration with external providers, customers, and partner teams.
  • Influence the design and development of strategic processes.
  • Engage with other business units globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for customers.
  • Use hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify improvements, oversee analytics including data mining, modeling, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  2. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  3. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
  4. Experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  5. Stakeholder management experience at various organizational levels.
  6. 4+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or E-Commerce.
  7. Master's degree preferred.
