Job Overview

The Territory Sales Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue and market share growth in the Cardiac Surgery and Endovascular portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for the Cardiac Surgery (e.g., Evita Open Neo, AMDS) and Endovascular portfolio by providing exceptional clinical and technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Develop and execute effective training programs for distributors and hospital staff to enhance their product knowledge and skills
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers in your territory to drive business growth
  • Plan and execute in-territory marketing activities, adapting to virtual formats when needed, to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams, to develop and implement competitive differentiation strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategic countermeasures to stay ahead of the competition
  • Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the cardiac and vascular industry, with endovascular case support required; experience in cardiac surgery product sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences) or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, with ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Clinical confidence and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, with high level of self-discipline, responsibility, and organizational strength
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
