Lead Cardiac Service Line Strategy

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of a forward-looking cardiac service line strategy, enhancing patient and doctor satisfaction while expanding the contribution of cardiac services.

This pivotal role will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute a strategic plan for cardiac care, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of clinical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting horizon scanning to identify innovative solutions, emerging trends, and their implications for the organization.
  • Leading the development of the cardiac service line strategy, including defining key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Overseeing and driving the implementation of key strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
