This is a unique opportunity for an HR Administrator to take their skills to the next level and make a significant impact at Brook Recruitment.
Job OverviewBrook Recruitment is a leading Corporate Wellbeing industry company with a strong vision to be a leader in its field. This role will report directly to the General Manager, who is looking for a skilled professional to join their internal talent team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience in building relationships with clients. They will also have a proven track record of screening and interviewing candidates, creating job briefs, and providing general office support.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
- Screen and interview potential candidates to identify top talent
- Collaborate with the HR team to create effective job briefs and recruitment strategies
- Maintain a high level of office organisation and provision to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support the HR team in marketing the brand and attracting top talent
- Manage the reception area, meeting and greeting clients as needed
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Contribute to on-boarding new staff members and ensuring a seamless transition into the company
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in HR or Marketing
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation PackageWe are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
