
Plant Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at the Southern Regional Livestock Exchange in Moss Vale, New South Wales.
As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating a fleet of small and large plant to support the management of cattle and facilities with safe, efficient, and best practice operating methods.
- Operate a variety of plant equipment, including loaders, graders, and other machinery, to support the management of cattle and facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work tasks based on customer and supplier needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or plant operations role.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-skilled team-based environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks based on customer/supplier needs and environmental conditions.
- Hold and maintain a valid MR Drivers Licence and WHS Induction Card (White Card).
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
