Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating a fleet of small and large plant equipment to support the management of cattle and facilities with safe, efficient, and best practice operating methods.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Prioritize work tasks based on customer/supplier needs and environmental conditions
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintenance roles, manual laboring roles, or plant operations roles
  • Ability to work in a multi-skilled environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and WHS Induction Card (White Card)
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
