Leadership Role - Coordinator

The role of Coordinator requires a professional with excellent leadership skills to manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and a safe nurturing environment for children.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities
  • Deliver exceptional child care services
  • Establish a secure and supportive atmosphere
  • Mentor Educators in their roles
  • Guide the development of our services to meet community needs

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Coordinator to lead our Kindy and OSHC services on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood & Care or equivalent qualification
  • Working knowledge of national education and care regulations and standards
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering education and/or childcare
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
