Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Payroll Service Officer, who will be responsible for accurately performing payroll functions, including rostering and adjustments, in a timely manner. This individual will work closely with line managers to ensure accurate data and reporting.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders in a large organization. They will also be able to work within a team environment to meet established processing timeframes, ensuring team outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into a computerized rostering solution, utilizing rostering adjustment solutions with experience.
  • Liaise with staff regarding error investigations and actions related to roster processing or adjustments.
  • Maintain quality and assurance requirements, completing checklists as required, and ensuring accurate filing and archiving of documentation in a timely manner.
