**Qualifications & experience**
- Hands-on experience in residential and commercial repair and maintenance
- Past experience in handyman or building maintenance roles
- Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ownership of a reliable set of tools appropriate for day-to-day tasks
- Valid White Card
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle and willing to travel
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and minor building works across residential and commercial sites
- Perform carpentry, patching, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing tasks as required
- Liaise with clients and office staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
- Use job tracking software to update progress and communicate job status
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to WHS and compliance standards
- Identify issues on-site and provide practical, solution-focused recommendations
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all time
- Steady hours - no weekends
- Earn your way to a company vehicle as part of your progression
