Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Employer Accounts Servicing Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across all areas of MAX Solutions nationally, including wage subsidy administration, claims to government departments, and servicing national account employers.

This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and autonomy under challenging time demands. The ideal candidate will be outcome-focused, goal-oriented, and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to daily tasks and risk mitigation for the broader organisation
  • Conducting de-brief sessions with managers and staff to address non-compliance with Departmental guidelines and policy procedures
  • Assisting with help desk functions, including telephone and email enquiries
  • Promoting services and maintaining a professional image
  • Approving Wage Subsidy agreements and payments
