Cyber Governance Specialist

This role involves driving cybersecurity initiatives, managing risks, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive security plans to mitigate risk.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of GRC documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement controls and mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in Cyber GRC.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST RMF and AESCSF.
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms like ServiceNow or Archer.
  • Experience in both IT and OT environments.
  • Proven ability in cyber governance, risk assessments, policy development, and controls testing.
