Job Summary
\We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our organization. As a FP&A professional, you will play a key role in developing financial models, forecasts, and budgetary plans to support strategic decision-making.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgetary plans. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and identify key drivers.\
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure timely reporting of key metrics.\
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.\
- Budgeting Support: Assist in the annual budgeting process, reviewing assumptions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\

Requirements
\- \
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance role\
- Advanced Excel, reporting, and analysis skills\
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills\
- Excellent communication and presentation skills\
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data\
