Key Leadership Role
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced financial planning and analysis professional to lead our finance team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
About the Role:- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple service streams.
- Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- Provide scenario modelling and strategic financial analysis to support investment and operational decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services, ideally within a regulated financial environment.
- A strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in nonprofit or compliance-heavy industries.
- Experience in maintaining financial compliance and implementing auditor recommendations.
