About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Spotlight Preston. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales and stock management professionals to achieve sales growth and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and fellow Management Team in all areas of the business
  • Meet regular targets for your department and identify opportunities for sales growth
  • Prioritise customers and a great customer experience
  • Lead by example and communicate management expectations
  • High volume stock management
What We're Looking For
  • Proven retail leadership experience
  • Experience with high volume retail sales and stock management
  • Management experience; leadership of 15+ team members
  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to seamlessly multitask and time manage
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
