We are seeking a seasoned BIM Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across our construction projects.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive innovation and efficiency in our project delivery, leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry best practices.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing BIM management plans for bid and project teams.
  • Auditing and federating models for project teams, providing reports on status and compliance.
  • Coordinating and reviewing BIM information, including clash detection, and assisting with project design coordination meetings.
  • Assisting in the development and integration of BIM processes into our business.
  • Providing technical support and training in utilising BIM information with digital tools.
  • Translating BIM requirements into practical digital delivery processes to improve business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in BIM management within the building construction industry, with a strong working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and Drafting Standards. Proficiency in software programs such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM Collaborate, AutoCAD, Revizto, and Enscape is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated BIM management experience within the building construction industry.
  • Ability to follow, implement, and improve custom company & project BIM processes.
  • Working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and Drafting Standards.
  • Proficient computer skills, including software programs (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM Collaborate, AutoCAD, Revizto, Enscape).
