Overview
Centre Manager RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to lead the daily operations of a well-established centre, providing high-quality care and education for children and families.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the centre's daily activities to ensure compliance with early childhood standards and regulations.
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to staff to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee enrolments, scheduling, and centre resources to support programme delivery and family engagement.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Valid Blue Card.
- Current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
- Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and management skills, as well as strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
