As the first five-star international hotel in Penrith, we offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

The Role of Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role involves managing social media accounts for our hotel and the Western Sydney Conference Centre, creating engaging online content, and overseeing digital signage throughout the property. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our online presence, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and assisting in the preparation and implementation of annual promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Create visually appealing and informative content for both our hotel and conference centre websites.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of digital signage throughout the property.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of annual promotional plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong visual and content creation skills, including experience with design software.
  • Proven ability to adapt in a range of situations and provide ideas to generate business opportunities.
  • Previous experience and thorough understanding of social media platforms.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position also includes access to training and development opportunities, team discounts across Accor's hotels and partnering businesses, and onsite complimentary car parking.
