Asset Management Lead - Rail

As a key member of our Rail Management Team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Australian asset management strategy and leading a range of asset management consultancy projects. You will work closely with our clients to develop value propositions in the rail market and provide support to the wider asset management consulting and advisory business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver asset management services for clients owning major rail infrastructure assets
  • Assess and evaluate clients' asset management strategies and practices
  • Develop asset management strategies and options for clients
  • Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to align asset management goals with organisational objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management
  • Accredited in your field of practice
  • Good understanding of risk management
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
