
Sales Territory Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to deliver against financial targets and ensure the company achieves its sales targets.
You will be responsible for growing the territory by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring incremental growth within existing accounts.
This role involves executing strategic plans, conducting product knowledge sessions across all accounts, and some regional travel may be required.

- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- A high level of Visual Merchandising ability
- Well-developed computer skills for reporting and group presentations
An ability to adapt to different personalities is vital due to the wide demographic of our retailer partners.
