Job Title:

Change and Communications Strategist


We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and providing strategic advice to project teams.


About the Role:

  • Developing evidence-based change management strategies and implementation plans.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Providing strategic advice to project teams on emerging risks and treatments.
  • Developing productive relationships with project members and stakeholders.
  • Managing and implementing change activities, working cooperatively with project members, business clients, HR, L&D and corporate communication staff.
  • Oversight of the production, approval, and distribution of clear, concise, and consistent communication products for multiple audiences.


About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in organisational change management program design and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively persuade and influence at all levels.
  • An ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into plain English.
  • Experience leading end-to-end organisational change initiatives.
  • Experience working in complex and dynamic environments.
  • A client service focus with the ability to influence and drive initiatives.
  • Sound judgment and an ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to work as part of a small team, as well as across various project teams.
