Warehouse Supervisor Job

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support our operations in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will lead, train, and inspire a dynamic group committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and Compliance: Provide ongoing training and support to ensure staff maintain required certifications and follow standard operating procedures.
- Performance & Conduct: Monitor timekeeping and performance, address issues per HR policy, and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
- Communication & Culture: Lead weekly meetings, promote open communication, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
- ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency essential.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management.
- Proven experience handling multiple dispatch and inward goods at one time.
- Forklift and reach hoist licenses desirable.
- Experience leading stocktakes and variance investigations.
- Strong focus on health and safety compliance.
- Chemical handling and spill response knowledge.
