Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, managing daily operations and leading a team of warehouse staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and communication
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Forklift certification and driver's license required
