Job Overview

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR solutions to support business growth and objectives. This includes employment training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, and labor relations.

  • Develop and implement new policies and practices to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies and processes, partnering with hiring managers to provide advice and guidance on recruitment and selection.
  • Build awareness of equal employment opportunity and legislation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support managers through the staff exit process, conducting exit interviews and reporting data confidentially for improvement purposes.
  • Assist business leaders in applying ethical decision-making principles to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and professional development plans.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of service orientation.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices.
  • Bilingual Mandarin and English language skills.
  • Significant experience in HR management within the financial services industry (5+ years).
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR organizational policies and practices.
