Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our customer service team at Rentokil Initial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the day-to-day operations of the team, including recruiting, training, managing, and monitoring their activities to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the office-based customer service team and enable the sales and operations teams in the field
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure seamless communication between teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of leadership and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
