Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with business leaders to drive performance improvement and foster growth through data-driven insights and workforce planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management while upholding our values and policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations that align with our overall strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of People & Culture initiatives and facilitate organisational change.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, coupled with significant experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
