Job Opportunity

This is a mid-senior level sales and business development role for an experienced professional with a strong technical background in grid connection and power quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for grid connection and power quality solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and regulatory bodies
  • Shape go-to-market plans and sales growth initiatives to meet Australian market demands
  • Deliver solutions that meet or exceed Australian regulatory and technical standards
  • Represent the company at industry forums and events to promote brand awareness
  • Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and commercial documentation to secure new business
  • Maintain and report on a strong sales pipeline to ensure continued revenue growth

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Australian energy sector, with strong technical knowledge of grid connection and power quality requirements. A well-established network across utilities, developers, EPCs, and regulatory bodies is also essential.

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred but not essential. In addition to a competitive base salary, the successful candidate can expect performance-based bonuses and long-term career development opportunities within a growing global organisation.
