Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Support Officer for Rural Products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and possess in-depth product knowledge – in-store, on farm and over the phone.
  • Accurately quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, invoicing and account settlement.
  • Manage daily banking, inventory purchasing, reconciling, receipting and reporting.
  • Maintain the presentation of the Rural Products store, ensuring it is well-organised and tidy.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records and optimise product availability.
  • Implement effective stock control measures, including regular stock takes and rotation.
About You
  • Previous experience in a retail environment with agricultural products preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct administrative duties such as banking, processing and ordering.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal fluctuations, products and market trends within the agricultural sector.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software and operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Current driver's license, forklift certification, and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for delivering high-level customer service with strong communication skills.
