As a Rural Products Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for clients interacting with our branch. Your primary responsibility will be to process in-store sales and client orders for stockfeed, supplements, and fertilisers while delivering exceptional customer service and accurate product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You are expected to accurately quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, invoicing, and account settlement.
  • Your role involves managing stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimising product availability.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting daily banking, purchasing inventory, reconciling, receipting, and reporting.
