We are seeking a compassionate and caring Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a for-purpose organization, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to individuals when they need it most.
About the Role
- To deliver exceptional patient-centred care by working closely with our multi-disciplinary team.
- To provide responsive and flexible service to consumers in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies.
- To contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
- To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification.
- Participation in the quality process and contributing to the achievement of organisational goals.
You'll Bring
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- A current NDIS Clearance Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
- A valid Australian work visa.
