Real Estate Portfolio Management Role

This position is a key opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our residential portfolio team as an Assistant Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an apartment portfolio to drive business growth and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and contractors at all times.
  • Arrange and attend property inspections with potential tenants.
  • Create listings and advertise apartments effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.
  • Perform general administrative duties as specified by the Property Manager.

Requirements:

  • A Real Estate Registration Certificate with QLD Office of Fair Trading, or willingness to obtain one before commencement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
