About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

As a Sales Ambassador, you will work closely with our store team to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Building and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Replenishing and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Assisting the store to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
