We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our team.

The Opportunity

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analytics: Plan and document user interviews to identify business problems and analyse root causes. Improve user experience from the end-user's perspective.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Design and facilitate workshops and interviews with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate as part of a highly motivated team and work closely with designers, researchers, and strategists.

Requirements:

  • Two plus years' experience as a UX Designer, Business Analyst, or Service Designer.
  • Proven ability to plan, facilitate, and document user interviews to elicit high-level and detailed business problems and analyse root causes.
