Store Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead your team to create an exceptional in-store experience and work collaboratively to achieve strategic goals.

You will be responsible for overseeing all store operations to ensure seamless and efficient performance. Mentor and develop your team to drive success and inspire growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outcomes and results through self-reflection and breaking down tasks into manageable pieces.
  • Analyse sales and stock reports to inform future actions.
  • Coach others to decipher reports into actionable insights.
  • Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results.
  • Mentor and coach team members to grow and address gaps.
  • Manage workload, workflow, time management, and delivery through strong accountability and goal setting.
  • Lead and inspire the team to be proud of their contribution to the wider business strategy.
  • Prioritise team members' wellbeing and mental health.
About You
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • A genuine passion and understanding of fashion and our brands.
  • The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team.
  • Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals.
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgeting, staffing, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.
