CPAP Direct is a retail and clinical leader in the sleep apnea industry across Australia. We have 20+ retail stores and a large e-commerce business and are the "go to" destination for people to research, be diagnosed and treated successfully for sleep related conditions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our newest store in Wollongong Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with alternating Saturdays 9am to 2pm (Rostered Days Off are earned for every x2 Saturday shifts worked).

What you will be doing
  • Home sleep test setups
  • Assisting customers with CPAP purchases (machines, masks, accessories etc.)
  • Troubleshooting for issues with CPAP equipment
  • Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
  • Patient education and advice on sleep health
  • POS use
  • Basic reporting, general administration and cleaning duties as required
  • Customer service and after sales service
  • Professional relationship building within the sleep health industry
What we're looking for
  • Have previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role with a minimum of 12 months Store Management experience.
  • While Pharmacy, CPAP, Optometry, Audiology and other healthcare retail experience is preferred, it is not necessary. Attitude is more important—we are happy and willing to train the right person.
  • You have previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role.
  • You have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best patient-centric outcomes.
  • Thrive under pressure and work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of our customers.
  • Be a quick learner, with initiative and tenacity.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and the genuine work ethic to "get things done."
  • Proven integrity, professionalism and discretion — you'll be comfortable with sensitive information and will do the right thing, even when no one's watching.
