Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Advisory Expert to shape the future of wealth advisory and elevate their career in a firm that prioritises client outcomes, professional growth, and meaningful relationships.


Our fee-only, client-first model allows you to deliver truly impactful advice with low advisor-to-client ratios. You will work in an environment where you feel empowered to shape outcomes and make a tangible impact.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client relationships by providing tailored financial strategies and delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct progressive client reviews and develop complex strategy advice documents with support from a +20-person team.
  • Oversee investment analysis, portfolio construction, and management to ensure optimal returns for clients.
  • Advise on wealth accumulation, estate planning, tax minimisation, and asset protection to safeguard clients' financial well-being.

Requirements
  • A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning or advice is required.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams is crucial.
  • Strong client service orientation and communication skills are vital.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xplan is necessary.
