Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead two pods of talented developers, setting the direction and executing on a delivery plan.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to drive technical decisions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, excellent engineering practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure software is built to a high standard, meeting quality and trust expectations.
  • Resolve roadblocks and help the team grow and develop.
What You'll Work On:

As a Team Lead - Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work on a microservice written in C# on.NET, leveraging AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and a SPA written in React with TypeScript. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality software and making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.
