We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Contact Centre Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored solutions to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise, working with a variety of customers and products.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of recent contact centre experience and a strong understanding of financial services. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear, concise solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls, ensuring that all customers receive a seamless and supportive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
