Job Opportunity:

The Operations Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our school community.

This full-time position will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective operation of the school, including risk management, compliance, scheduling, process improvements, and timetable management.

The successful candidate will have suitable teaching qualifications and excellent skills in planning, administration, communication, and problem solving.

They will also possess a capacity and willingness to work with others to devise strategies that help improve student learning, display excellent teaching as described in the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, and be committed to displaying grit and rigour into the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure the school's safety and security.
  • Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the school's operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules to optimize resource allocation and minimize disruptions.
  • Process Improvements: Analyze and implement processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and student outcomes.
  • Timetable Management: Coordinate and manage timetables to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruptions.
