Job Title:
Dental Support ProfessionalThe dental support professional plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting dentists during procedures, preparing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Customer Service: Providing warm and welcoming interactions with patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental experience.
- Patient Records Maintenance: Accurately maintaining and updating patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Dental Assisting: Supporting the dentist during procedures, preparing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Instruments Sterilization: Ensuring all dental instruments are properly cleaned, disinfected, and stored in accordance with infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Some experience is preferred but not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
