Teaching Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Educator to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services and a proven track record of delivering exceptional educational outcomes for children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Educator who is committed to building a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging educational programs, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality care and education for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality care and education
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as child development, education and care
Requirements
  • ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
